HSC Classes form Facebook Page

All former/ex-HSC (Advanced Level) graduates of the great Osogbo Grammar School, have formed their own group and are planning towards a re-union. Former classmates and friends have the opportunity to re-connect with each other on this page and catch up on intervening years.

Osogbo Grammar School, Osogbo, the alma mata of the great, is undergoing changes - as is every major secondary school in Osun State. In line with the policy of the Ministry of Education, our Osograms has organically grown into Osogbo Government High School and Osogbo High School, with both new schools standing on the same premises.

The alumni has requested the reconsideration of the school name, but we are in support of every programme that will help students in the school become successful.

This video was recorded by NTA during the commissioning of the new ultra-modern facility, built by the state government to provide improved resources to students, by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari on September 1, 2016.

'81 Set Hold Quarterly Meeting in Ibadan

Osogbo Grammar School Old Students 1981 Set held their quarterly meeting on Saturday, 12th August, 2017, in Ibadan.

The 1981 set has been one of the most active groups among the alumni sets. The group not only meets quarterly, but holds an all-weekend annual re-union at Osogbo in December. They attend each other's private events and visit other members at every opportunity.

The group is actively involved in efforts to cause the government of Osun State to reverse the renaming of the School to Osogbo High School. The alumni worldwide are unanimous that changing the name of the school without consultation is arrogant and unacceptable, as it weakens the legacy of the founders of the great School as well as alumni activities.
